Estimates

Most construction companies use an estimate system where they keep control of everything.  They are basically the decision maker.  They tell you that you have an allowance of "x" number of dollars for this and "y" numbers for that and it basically becomes a nightmare for you trying to balance, "x, y and z". We do things differently.

We give you control of the project.  We refer you to companies that we trust to take good care of you.  For instance companies that do cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc.  At each of these you (not the construction company) get to select what "you" want.  When you have made your selections the vendors you have spoken too will send me the information on your selection and then I, Mike Buddemeyer, will put together an estimate which includes the items you have chosen and your cost for this project.

Basically, I simplify the process for you, save you time while you maintain control of the actual products and materials. I meanwhile take care of scheduling the cabinet people, flooring people, etc.  You get to have fun and I do all the work for you.

One thing that also makes my company different than others is that when I give you an estimate this is the final and total cost.  There are occasionally exceptions based on "your choice" to add something here or there that goes beyond what you requested in the contract.
